A photo release form must be completed any time a student is featured in campus photography. If using our office's photo services, please make sure to have all signed forms ready for the photographer upon arrival at the assignment.
For events held on campus, a photo release notice must be posted at entry points and throughout the venue. By entering the event, attendees consent to being photographed or recorded, with the understanding that these images may be used in UC Merced’s promotional materials, website, and/or social media.
